Who We Are
I am obsessed with health and fitness, and am constantly educating myself. After graduating from the University of Kentucky in 2007, I returned to Cincinnati to start a career teaching health and physical education. I found that while I love teaching my students, my desire to educate outside the classroom grew. In 2010 I began teaching group fitness classes and have continued to advance my education while perusing certifications in fitness, nutrition and personal training. I want everyone I work with to be able to enjoy working towards their goals, while learning to live a balanced life and striving for wellness.

PROnatal Fitness Pre/Postnatal Exercise Education
Physical fitness does not need to be something that you force yourself to do… you can have a great time working out. You just need to find a workout style that you enjoy! For me, I enjoy a fun, juicy, fast-paced yoga flow! I have learned a lot about myself and my passions through yoga, including my passion for mind, body, and spiritual health. Once you master all of these aspects of health, you will find happiness! Nutrition and cooking healthy is another passion of mine, eating clean makes me feel great.
On my off time, I love to travel to different countries. I enjoy ADVENTURE, and will take up any offer to hike, climb, scuba dive, snorkel, kayak, etc. I am a huge foodie and enjoy local tasting events. Most people would consider me a huge animal lover - I have 3 rescue dogs and 2 rescue cats; I also volunteer and foster with local rescues!
