Fake cookie dough bites #myjam

OMG.  These are straight up heaven.  If you are looking for a clean cheat......this recipe is for you.  I have had a really bad sweet tooth this week.....and I needed a teeny tiny pick me up....and found this gooey goodness.


You need:
  • 1 cup of raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup or rolled oats
  • 2 tbs of maple syrup
  • 3 tbs of honey
  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles

Directions:
  1. In a food processor, blend oats and cashews until they are a fairly fine powder.
  2. Slowly add in honey and syrup (you obviously can use pure...more expensive...better for you)...until mixture forms a ball.
  3. Refrigerate ball of dough on parchment paper for 10 or so minutes to let the dough sit.  The honey/syrup can make them sticky.
  4. Sprinkle the dough with the sprinkles and chocolate chips and roll into bite size balls (makes about 16).
  5. Eat up.

Serving-1 ball
Calories- 29
Fat- 4 grams
Carbs- 8 grams
Protein- 2 grams
Sugar- 4 grams
**Depending on the size of ball and brand of products used.
