After a gluttonous weekend of s'mores bars, Servatii pretzel sandwiches and pizza.....I was struggling to get back on the healthy bus. So luckily....as I walked in the door from the most fun bachelorette weekend ever, the aroma of ripe bananas filled my house. Perfect excuse to create a healthy treat to help slowly ween myself off of the sweets. Plus it was super easy. So check out the below recipe for peanut butter and banana homemade ice cream!!!
Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas 1 tsp vanilla 1 Tbsp peanut butter Chocolate chips for topping (optional) Directions: 1. Puree bananas in food processor until they become liquid. 2. Add in peanut butter and banana. (will be very smooth) 3. Freeze overnight. 4. Add chocolate chips and enjoy!!!! It is good.....promise. XoXo, NaturallyNati
